The HR Intern will work closely with our Global HR team supporting the growing Real World Solutions division within IQVIA.  The successful candidate will shadow and learn the key elements of a Global HR role within a large organization. 

Projects and assignments as part of an HR team supporting business line activities may include, but are not limited to: 

Participating on select projects and/or project teams related to: HR metrics, employee relations, engagement, training/development,etc                  Using internal and/or external data/metrics to provide insights to the business and/or influence business decisionsParticipating in analyzing data to make recommendations to the business                     Developing presentation materials in a concise and compelling manner to provide information and/or influence action from the business, where appropriate participating in presentation deliveryOrganizing data for presentations and to address incoming requests                         Share knowledge, best/new practices and other information gleaned from studiesParticipate in team calls and other meetings as appropriateSupport the team in other general administrative activities as required                                              Perform other duties/learning activities as directed

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

BSc/MSc in Economics/Management/Business with major (and passion) for Human Resources Management or related field; strongly prefer recent graduates with previous internship experience or experience in an office environmentStrong critical thinking and analysis/integration skills; advanced Excel skills strongly preferredStrong highly effective and diplomatic interpersonal, organizational skills and leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFluent in Italian and English (verbal and written)High degree of comfort working in team environmentsMust be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high growth environmentITALIAN RESIDENCY is required for this role
