What will you do?

The HR Intern is an integral part of our Human Resources team, responsible for managing various HR processes related to overall process management for the contingent workers, supporting for activities relating to learning and development and company projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Contingent Worker Hiring Process Management (20%)

Support for Learning and Development (50%):

Assist with the organization and coordination of training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants.

Track employee training records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of completed training sessions.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting and analyzing feedback from participants.

Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, and resources.

Support the implementation of e-learning platforms and other digital learning tools.

Administrative Support (20%):

Assist with employee relations activities, such as organizing employee events, workshops, and team-building activities.

Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including employee hobby club management and award program etc.

Ad-hoc Projects (10%):

Assist with various HR projects as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR

Provide general administrative support to the HR, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above

Previous intern experience in Human Resources is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in English is plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other Design tool is plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.

Office-based with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week
