Your role in our shared journey
Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the development and maintenance of competitive compensation and benefits programmes across EMEA. You will analyse market data, conduct salary surveys, assist with benefits administration and help ensure our rewards strategies remain competitive whilst maintaining compliance with local regulations.
Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Assist in collecting and analysing compensation and benefits data to develop competitive reward programmes across the EMEA region. Support in conducting market research and salary surveys to ensure alignment with industry standards and maintain market competitiveness. Assist in the management of various compensation programmes like annual Total Rewards cycle whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Assist in the job analysis and job evaluation process using Hay methodology. Assist in the compilation of local compensation and benefits policies and procedures. Annual review and update of the policy documents to ensure ASICS is compliant with the local laws and regulations. Help monitor compliance with local labour laws and regulations across different EMEA jurisdictions. Collaborate with external consultants and survey providers to gather market intelligence and benchmark data.
You have the following skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or Economics, with ideally some experience in HR, Finance or related field.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, eye for detail and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Organisational and time management proficiency.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teamwork experience.
