HR&Government Relations Specialist
What you will enjoy doing  Supports in Screening applicants for needed vacancies  Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open roles  Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers  Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end  Supports in On-Boarding and orientation activities for newly hired employees Human Resource Administration  Maintains personnel files in compliance with legal requirements  Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment  Follow up on skill Matrix and development plans for the shopfloor employees  Support in HR communication for various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations  Handles shopfloor employees' complaints and compliance issues.  Responsible for Contractors, Daily attendance, monthly pay slips and all other  Liaising with municipality, economic department and all other governmental departments in relation to Trade License / setting up of new offices.  Prepares periodic reports for management or relevant authorities, as necessary as they are required.  Monitors the implementation of an improved process for all immigration & labor records to be tracked and maintained through the company system  Ensure on-going compliance with all specific government regulations relevant to government relations transactions /activities.  To act as a representative on behalf of the company on any legal court related matters  Knowledge of current labor/immigration laws and update the HR staff on any changes  Keep the HR team informed of significant problems that may affect the achievement of company goals, and those are not being addressed adequately.  Responding to staff enquiries on visa/labor/passport matters  Provide Salary Slips for the employees  Prepare employment certificates  What makes you great

Person Specifications:

Education/ Professional Qualifications

  2 year Degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent Experience   2- 4 years of experience in HR Administration with background in Government relations
