In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the future of HR services across the EMEA region, with a focus on Austria. You’ll collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to manage key HR processes, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR workflows.
What You’ll Do

What You Bring
Degree with an HR focus or relevant vocational education/training, with mindset and attitude being key. Relevant practical experience in the HR service environment or related fields. Knowledge of payroll, labor, tax and social security law. Experience working with HR IT solutions, MS Office tools, and apps. Structured work style, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to detail. Reliability, flexibility, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Confident in communication with fluency in both German and English (written and spoken). Strong team player with high service and results orientation. Knowledge of project and process management, as well as Agile/Lean methodologies is an advantage. Proactive and solution-focused approach to HR challenges.

The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,471.00 gross per month on a full-time basis.
