NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY| PLANT HR GENERALIST LABOR RELATIONS

REYNOSA, TAMPS

 

 

Your task will be:

Ensure compliance with internal labor regulations and applicable labor laws. Attention and monitoring of problems, complaints, suggestions, attention and resolution of labor cases with the staff. Programs to reduce turnover, absenteeism, and delays. Prepare statistical reports on absenteeism, turnover and Headcount. Coordinate the preparation and follow-up of personnel movements plant, shift and department transfers Coordinate in time and form the services to the personnel. Leadership in Human Resources initiatives Follow-up on complaints and demands.              

To be successful in this role you will need:

3 years of experience as similar position Conversational English Knowledge of Federal Labor Law Knowledge Nom035 Negotiation with unions Good communication skills
