Through the passion of our specialists, we continue to treat every patient with care, compassion and respect, while providing affordable and accessible services. *Job Summary* Performs Human Resources related duties at the professional and administrative level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, employment, staffing, benefits, training, policy & procedure, systems, EEO, communications, compensation, and affirmative action. Requires coverage of multiple business sites. * Bachelor's Degree in related field and one year related experience or 3 years related experience. * Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration * Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills including a helpful and friendly demeanor focused on customer service. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), intranet usage, email, office systems * High level of accuracy and confidentiality. * Ability to organize and prioritize work, consistently meet deadlines. * Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
