Your team

Within the HR Generalist team based in Rueil and Amsterdam, you will be supported by two HR Generalists and work daily with HRBPs, other HR functions, the payroll shared service center, and employees. The team works on a variety of topics including HR administration, digital tools, internal mobility, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure administrative support for recruitment (filing, data verification, etc.)Manage the FMD Move process (employee transport management)Maintain and update the HR intranet (administrative content)Write and update internal HR procedures to enhance operational efficiencyPerform basic actions in Workday and assist managers in handling their external staff

Skills & Experience Required

Proficient in English (written and spoken)Bachelor’s level student in Human Resources with strong organizational skillsComfortable with digital and office tools (Excel, SharePoint; Workday is a plus)Good writing skills and ability to summarize informationService-oriented, rigorous and discreetTeam player who thrives in dynamic and international environments

Ton équipe

Au sein de l’équipe HR generalist basée à Rueil et Amsterdam, tu seras encadré.e par deux HR Generalist et travailleras au quotidien avec les HRBP, les autres fonctions RH, le centre de service partagé paie et les collaborateurs. L’équipe intervient sur des sujets variés comme la gestion administrative RH, les outils digitaux, la mobilité interne et les relations sociales.

Missions principales

Assurer la gestion administrative liée aux recrutements (classement, vérification des données, etc.)Gérer le processus FMD Move (gestion des moyens de transport pour les collaborateurs)Maintenir et mettre à jour l’intranet RH (pages administratives)Rédiger et mettre à jour les procédures RH internes pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelleEffectuer des actions simples dans Workday (SIRH) et accompagner les managers dans la gestion de leur personnel externe

Compétences et expériences requises

Maitrise opérationnelle de l’anglais (écrit et parlé)Étudiant.e en RH (Bac+3), avec un bon sens de l’organisationÀ l’aise avec les outils digitaux et bureautiques (Excel, SharePoint, Workday est un plus)Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et esprit de synthèseSens du service, rigueur et confidentialitéGoût pour le travail en équipe et les environnements dynamiques et internationaux
