We have an outstanding Contract position for an HR Generalist to join a leading Company located in the Washington, MO surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:  Provide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes such as metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance managementLiaise with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processesImprove HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectivenessWork with leadership to make relevant modifications to new or existing policies and procedures via creation, documentation, & maintenance of standard policiesPartner with HR and functional manager to enhance an environment in which employees are actively engaged in helping to improve the businessProvide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planningActively engage as a change agent in support of business priorities to build high-performing, effective teamsAssist Global Mobility initiatives for the Corporate population
Basic Hiring Criteria:Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution1 to 3 years of experience Must have recruiting, employee conflict resolutions, and administrative skillsAerospace or manufacturing industry experience highly desired
