We have an outstanding Contract position for an HR Generalistto join a leading Company located in theCarson, CA,surrounding area. Job Responsibilities: + Provide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes such as metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management + Liaise with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes + Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness + Work with leadership to make relevant modifications to new or existing policies and procedures via creation, documentation, & maintenance of standard policies + Partner with HR and functional manager to enhance an environment in which employees are actively engaged in helping to improve the business + Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning + Actively engage as a change agent in support of business priorities to build high-performing, effective teams + Assist Global Mobility initiatives for the Corporate population Basic Hiring Criteria: + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution + 1 to 3 years of experience + Must have recruiting, employee conflict resolutions , and administrative skills + Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience highly desired This position requires access to technologies and hardware subject to U.S. national security-based export control requirements.
