HR Generalist

Description We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a Contract to permanent position that requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring the organization's HR policies are effectively implemented.
Responsibilities:
• Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.
• Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and communication with employees.
• Maintain and update the employee handbook, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Utilize HRIS systems, such as Paychex, to manage employee information and streamline HR operations.
• Ensure employment policies are up-to-date and align with regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on HR practices and procedures to managers and employees.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals. Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations and HR administration.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes and benefits management.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Paychex.
• Strong knowledge of employment policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain and update the employee handbook effectively.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
