HR Generalist

Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Azusa, California. This role offers the opportunity to support a dynamic workforce and play a key role in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will excel in managing HR functions across multiple locations and driving initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job postings.
• Utilize HR software, such as Paycom, for efficient employee management and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate employee evaluations and oversee performance review processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and implement succession planning strategies to cultivate talent and prepare for future leadership roles.
• Partner with department leaders to assess staffing needs and support internal recruiting efforts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, while providing guidance on HR policies.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives through effective communication channels, including social media.
• Generate leads for talent acquisition by leveraging creative sourcing methods.
• Oversee HR operations for multiple locations, supporting up to 100-150 employees.
• Collaborate on benefits administration and onboarding processes to enhance the employee experience. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in HR software systems, such as HRIS tools and Paycom.
• Demonstrated experience in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Background in employee relations, benefits administration, and onboarding processes.
