HR Generalist

Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role. Strong knowledge of Labour Law, employment equity, and B-BBEE. SABPP or CHRO certification is advantageous. Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language (e.g., isiZulu, Xhosa, Setswana, Sesotho). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.
