Requirements + At least 3 years of HR experience, ideally as a generalist. + Solid understanding of employee relations, compliance, and employment laws. + Experience managing benefits, including retirement plans and FMLA. + Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. + Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and discreetly. + Familiarity with maintaining records and ensuring regulatory compliance. + Skilled at managing multiple priorities efficiently.
