Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations. Responsibilities: • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace environment. • Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback initiatives. • Oversee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. • Administer benefits programs, providing guidance to employees and resolving any related issues. • Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance. • Assist with the planning and execution of HR projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency. • Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and communicated effectively. • Provide support for leave management, including maternity leave coverage. • Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and development needs. Requirements • Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution. • Strong knowledge of HR administration practices and procedures. • Hands-on experience with onboarding processes and integrating new team members. • Familiarity with benefits administration and related compliance requirements. • Proficiency in using HRIS platforms for data management and reporting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
