As the HR Generalist, you will: + Coordinate and manage HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, development, and exit processes. + Maintain detailed and accurate employee records and documentation to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. + Partner with hiring managers to oversee recruitment strategies and enhance workforce planning initiatives. + Resolve employee relations issues with a positive and professional approach, ensuring a productive and inclusive work environment. + Serve as a backup to Payroll processing as needed + Support organizational changes through a methodical approach to policies, benefits, compensation analysis, and communications. + Drive HR initiatives designed to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance while encouraging a culture of collaboration.
