HR Generalist – Services Industry, Location: Ronkonkoma, Long Island
Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join a dynamic and growing Services client. Are you a well-rounded HR professional with a keen eye for detail and a positive, proactive demeanor? This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact across a wide range of human resources functions, including employee engagement, compliance, recruitment, and policy implementation.
As the HR Generalist, you will:
+ Coordinate and manage HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, development, and exit processes.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate employee records and documentation to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
+ Partner with hiring managers to oversee recruitment strategies and enhance workforce planning initiatives.
+ Resolve employee relations issues with a positive and professional approach, ensuring a productive and inclusive work environment.
+ Serve as a backup to Payroll processing as needed
+ Support organizational changes through a methodical approach to policies, benefits, compensation analysis, and communications.
+ Drive HR initiatives designed to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance while encouraging a culture of collaboration.

Requirements
