HR Generalist
Description Robert Half is partnering with a reputable company located in the City of Industry to find a skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in day-to-day HR operations and capable of supporting various HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow within a collaborative and people-focused organization. Responsibilities: + Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures + Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes + Maintain HRIS records and ensure data integrity + Support employee relations efforts by assisting with investigations and documentation + Coordinate benefits enrollment and answer employee questions regarding coverage + Assist with performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions + Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state employment laws (CA-specific) + Collaborate with payroll for accurate processing and employee updates + Provide support with recruiting efforts and new hire orientation + Contribute to special HR projects and process improvements as needed Requirements Requirements: + 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role + Working knowledge of California labor and employment laws + Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Workday) is a plus + Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion + Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
