Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to provide onsite support in San Clemente, California. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while potentially transitioning into a long-term role. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR functions. Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. • Oversee onboarding procedures to ensure new employees are integrated effectively into the organization. • Address employee relations concerns with care and provide guidance to foster a positive workplace environment. • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, with a preference for experience using ADP systems. • Maintain and update HRIS platforms to ensure compliance and accurate recordkeeping. • Administer employee benefits programs and assist team members with related inquiries. • Collaborate with management to support HR strategies and initiatives. • Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws in all HR practices. • Participate in creating and maintaining a casual yet detail-oriented workplace culture. • Provide assistance with additional HR-related tasks as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, and managing employee relations. • Familiarity with HR administration and benefit functions. • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and payroll systems, particularly ADP. • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Experience working in a team-oriented environment. • Availability to work onsite in San Clemente, California.
