Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to contribute to a growing and dynamic team. This full-time, 100% on-site role requires collaboration with an HR department of six, including an HR Manager, Senior Generalist, Benefits Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and two additional new hires. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on building strong, effective workplace relationships. Experience with Paycom software and fluency in Spanish are highly desirable but not mandatory. Our benefits package is designed to support overall well-being, including 13 PTO days plus standard holidays in the first year, increasing to 18 PTO days in the second year. We also offer a 401(k) plan with a 2.5% company match, access to a 24/7 on-site gym, and complimentary lunch twice a week. Hours for this role are 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional flexibility permitted.
