HR Generalist: \n\nAs an HR Generalist you will be an integral part of our clients Human Resources team, you will report directly to the HR Manager and play a hands-on role in supporting team operations and strengthening organizational culture. This position demands a high level of confidentiality, precision, and interpersonal sensitivity.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Foster positive team member experiences through daily interactions\n- Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and employee orientation\n- Process payroll accurately and on time\n- Schedule interviews and support recruitment efforts\n- Maintain and update employee data within ADP systems\n- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to address evolving business needs\n- Our HR department thrives on teamwork and shared purpose. Primary responsibilities include:\n- Onboarding & Team Member Support\n- Manage all aspects of onboarding for new and contract Team Members\n- Coordinate recruiting efforts and candidate communications\n- Enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS (ADP) system\n- Facilitate orientation sessions\n- Set up timeclock profiles and create Team Member badges\n- Assist with initial benefits enrollment\n- Training & Compliance\n- Track and maintain compliance training records via the QT9 system\n- Ensure accurate Team Member profile setups\n- Payroll Support\n- Reconcile time and attendance records\n- Monitor and document fringe benefit usage\n- HR Program Administration\n- Assist in compensation, benefits, and leave management\n- Support disciplinary procedures and investigations\n- Facilitate performance and talent development processes\n- Contribute to employee recognition, morale initiatives, and training programs\n- Employee Relations & Engagement\n- Provide professional and courteous HR support to Team Members\n- Escalate complex employee relations issues appropriately\n- Help plan and coordinate company events, open enrollment, job fairs, and departmental meetings\n- Safety & Administrative Support\n- Serve as backup to the HR/Safety Manager in safety-related responsibilities\n- Perform general filing, documentation, and other HR admin duties

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
