Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, reporting directly to the HR Manager. You will play a hands-on role in supporting team operations and strengthening organizational culture. This position demands a high level of confidentiality, precision, and interpersonal sensitivity.
ResponsibilitiesEnhance positive team member experiences through daily interactions.Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and employee orientation.Process payroll accurately and on time.Schedule interviews and support recruitment efforts.Maintain and update employee data within ADP systems.Collaborate closely with HR colleagues to address evolving business needs.Manage all aspects of onboarding for new and contract team members.Coordinate recruiting efforts and candidate communications.Facilitate orientation sessions and set up timeclock profiles.Assist with initial benefits enrollment.Track and maintain compliance training records via the QT9 system.Ensure accurate team member profile setups.Reconcile time and attendance records.Monitor and document fringe benefit usage.Assist in compensation, benefits, and leave management.Support disciplinary procedures and investigations.Facilitate performance and talent development processes.Contribute to employee recognition, morale initiatives, and training programs.Provide professional and courteous HR support to team members.Escalate complex employee relations issues appropriately.Help plan and coordinate company events, open enrollment, job fairs, and departmental meetings.Serve as backup to the HR/Safety Manager in safety-related responsibilities.Perform general filing, documentation, and other HR administrative tasks.Essential Skills1-2 years of Human Resources experience as an Assistant or Specialist.Experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP.Payroll experience.Experience with SHRM or other HR certifications.Additional Skills & QualificationsSite Safety experience.Data Migration experience.SHRM or other HR certifications is preferred.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $60320.00/yr.
