Description A well-established agricultural company in Valley Center, CA is seeking a hands-on and knowledgeable HR Generalist to support their growing workforce. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, understands the unique needs of field and operations teams, and is ready to take ownership of core HR functions. You’ll be responsible for employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and supporting recruitment efforts.
