\n\t\t\t\t\t-Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s\nhuman resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent\nneeds, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.\n-Maintains and oversees staff training, benefits platforms and documentation\n-Maintains employee files\n-Maintains company vehicle tracking for maintenance and upkeep\n-Assist with Annual Compliance Testing and reporting\n-Manages the talent acquisition process, which includes posting positions on multiple\nhiring platforms for recruitment, participates in the interviewing process when needed,\nand creates employment agreements for selected candidates\n-Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive\nbase and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top\ntalent\n-Creates employee performance improvement plans and conducts employee\ndisciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations in conjunction with the\nsupervisor\n-Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations,\nand recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain\ncompliance\n-Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new\ntechnologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law\n- Performs other duties as assigned

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
