The ideal candidate will have experience operating in a fast-paced environment while managing benefits administration, overseeing payroll coordination and administration, and supporting compliance. 3+ years of HR-specific experience, required. Financial or professional services experience, highly preferred. Bachelor's degree, required. Experience working with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits platforms. Strong sense of professionalism, independence, and integrity.

The salary range for this role is $85k-$120k.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
