HR Generalist
Description Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and employee relations matters + Support full-cycle recruiting including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding + Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee questions + Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws + Support training and development initiatives and performance management processes + Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures + Coordinate employee engagement activities and support a positive workplace culture + Partner with leadership on HR strategies that align with business goals Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field + 2–4 years of HR experience in a generalist role + Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion + Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, or similar) + PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
