As a key member of the HR team, you will provide both strategic partnership and hands-on support across a range of HR functions. You will work closely with the Talent Management team to develop and implement talent strategies, drive employee engagement, and ensure the effective delivery of HR programs and processes. This role requires a consultative approach, strong business acumen, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment. In This Role, You Will: Partner with HR Business Partners to implement Cvent’s HR strategy, proactively address performance concerns, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and the employee experience. Collaborate closely with global peers to shape the role and deliver key projects that support organizational objectives. Work cross-functionally with teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development, to ensure cohesive HR delivery. Design and deliver training initiatives to strengthen people management capabilities among managers. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on people-related matters. Manage end-to-end casework for lower-risk employee relations issues, such as performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and settlement agreements. Work with Senior HRBPs to resolve complex issues and advise senior management on risk mitigation and best practices. Lead the development of data-driven insights, advancing people analytics capabilities. Collaborate with HRBPs to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Oversee critical HR processes, including mid-year and year-end performance review cycles. Coach people managers on effective appraisal practices and system usage. Continuously deepen knowledge of legal, commercial, and risk considerations to provide informed, pragmatic advice that protects the organization. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards while proactively identifying and implementing HR solutions. Here's What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. 3+ years of professional HR experience in a generalist or advisory role, with a track record of managing a broad spectrum of HR challenges. Demonstrated experience in HR disciplines such as recruiting, compensation, employee/labor relations, performance management, compliance, and/or training and development. Demonstrated ability to lead strategic HR initiatives and deliver tangible business results. Advanced analytical skills with a strong ability to use data to drive decision-making. Intermediate or higher Excel skills required. Strong knowledge of HRIS (e.g., Workday). Previous experience with AI will be a plus. Preferred Skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; able to convey complex issues in clear, concise terms. Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. A proactive, innovative mindset with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment. Proven relationship-building skills with employees and managers. Adaptability, perseverance, and a continuous improvement mindset.
