HR Generalist
Description We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Spanish/ HR Generalist to join our team in El Dorado County, California. This role is essential in supporting various aspects of Human Resources, including payroll, benefits, workplace safety, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis and bilingual Spanish skills to ensure compliance, enhance workforce development, and foster a positive employee experience. Responsibilities: • Oversee recruitment processes, including defining role requirements, identifying ideal candidate profiles, and managing full-cycle onboarding. • Coordinate new employee integration, including orientation, equipment setup, and supporting productivity during the first 90 days. • Process payroll using Kronos, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards. • Administer employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leaves of absence, while assisting with open enrollment and resolving inquiries. • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and prepare compliance documentation as needed. • Analyze HR metrics to provide insights on turnover rates, employee engagement, compensation, and workforce planning. • Support workplace safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal and local regulations and maintaining injury documentation. • Assist in safety investigations and develop corrective action plans to mitigate risks. • Promote employee engagement programs to enhance retention and overall satisfaction. Requirements • Proven experience in Human Resources administration, with a focus on payroll, benefits, and compliance. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in HR metrics and reporting. • Proficiency in Kronos or similar payroll systems. • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams. • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk management practices. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration and employee engagement.
