We have an outstanding career for opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a leading Company located in the Los Angeles, CA surrounding area.
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 + Eligible for annual performance-based bonus
We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will manage key HR functions including full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using ADP, have a strong grasp of California labor laws, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboardingServe as the primary point of contact for employee HR-related inquiriesMaintain and update employee records for payroll in ADP Workforce Now and ensure data accuracy across all HR platformsOversee onboarding, offboarding, and performance review processesSupport benefits administration, including open enrollment and leave managementEnsure compliance with federal, state (especially California), and local labor lawsCollaborate with management to address and resolve employee relations mattersAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresCoordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activitiesGenerate HR reports and analytics using ADP and other tools
Basic Hiring Criteria:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration/Management, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on full cycle recruiting and generalist responsibilities including payrollHands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRISStrong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsDiscreet and trustworthy in handling confidential information
Desired Qualifications:PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plusExperience in both corporate and retail environmentsBilingual in English and Korean strongly preferredFamiliarity with performance management systems and employee engagement tools
