Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our healthcare organization in Newport Beach, California. In this Contract-to-continuing role, you will play a key part in managing essential human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations across multiple locations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and collaboration while working onsite Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: • Oversee a range of administrative HR tasks, including posting job openings and managing new employee paperwork. • Drive recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting top candidates to meet organizational needs. • Facilitate new employee orientations to ensure seamless onboarding and integration. • Administer employee benefits programs, providing clear communication and support to staff. • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and maintaining a productive work environment. • Collaborate with leadership to support HR initiatives and contribute to the growth of the department. • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across all six organizational locations. • Leverage ADP Workforce Now software to manage HR processes efficiently. Requirements • Minimum of five years of experience in human resources or a related field. • Proven expertise in benefits administration and coordination. • Strong skills in onboarding and recruitment, including campus and corporate hiring. • Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations effectively. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Accountability and a proactive attitude, with a commitment to departmental growth. • Familiarity with HR software, particularly ADP Workforce Now. • Experience working in healthcare or social services is preferred.
