Description We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Irvine, California. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to various HR functions while working closely with the HR Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration, along with proficiency in HR-related software. Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance initiatives. • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy using platforms such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce. • Coordinate and administer leave policies, including FMLA, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. • Support recruitment efforts by utilizing ATS systems to track candidates and streamline hiring processes. • Collaborate with the HR Director to implement HR strategies that align with business goals. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to data privacy standards. • Conduct onboarding and training sessions to integrate new hires and promote growth and development. • Monitor workplace policies and procedures to ensure alignment with federal, state, and local regulations. • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace matters to promote a positive organizational culture. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR-related roles, demonstrating expertise in employee relations and compliance. • Proficiency with HR software, including ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, and ATS systems. • Solid understanding of benefits administration and payroll systems. • Familiarity with FMLA and other leave policies. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels. • Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing records and ensuring compliance. • Ability to work onsite in Corona Del Mar, California. • Business casual attire required for the workplace.
