HR Generalist

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a HRBP of sales & services business, you will work with business teams with employees located in different cities of China to provide HR partnership to support business strategy implementation. And you will be one of the China HRBP teammates to implement HR strategies in the responsible business. In this role, you will report to Senior HR Manager of Sales & Services.

You Will Make an Impact By:
• Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level
• Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
• Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives
• Assists management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives
• Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving

- Be local focal point of Shanghai branch employee services.

Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with ability to analyze, structure, and propose in a logical way

- 5 years HRBP experiences in multinational companies. Demonstrated experience in dealing with business directly with influence, ownership, and understanding on business dynamics

- Passion to work with people as a constructive partner and also with good skills in communication.

- Sound knowledge of HR functions, labor law and regulations, learning and development, recruitment, etc.
