HR Generalist

Job Description

The HR Generalist will be part of an evolving HR team in a dynamic, fast-paced company.  The HR Generalist supports many functions including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation and employment law compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.Administer the semi-annual performance evaluation process.Provide quality guidance and interpretation on various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.Provide employee-related data and reports to various departments on a regular and ad-hoc basis.Provide guidance to management on employee relations issues (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) guided by company's policies, labor-law legislation, and state and federal agency requirements.Support investigations on employee, customer and vendor complaints, including, but not limited to, harassment, discrimination and violation of company policies.Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline3+ years of progressive HR experienceExperience working for a multi-state and global companyUnderstanding of HR best practices and current regulationsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskCustomer-focused attitude with high level of professionalism and discretionSound judgement and problem solving skillsProficiency using HRIS systems and Microsoft suiteAbility to travel up to 15%Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Skills

PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferredWorkday experience preferredBilingual preferred (English/Spanish)

Base Pay

$65,000.00 - $92,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus: 15%

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
 
In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance. Your recruiter can share more about bonus eligibility for this position during the hiring process.
