HR Generalist
Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions, with a strong emphasis on reporting, auditing, and communication. While recruiting is not a primary responsibility, the ideal candidate should be capable of handling recruitment tasks if necessary. Key Responsibilities:  Regularly generate and send reports on employee turnover, new hires, and other HR metrics.  Collaborate with HR Partners and C-Level executives weekly to review sourcing needs.  Utilize ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks, including pulling reports and managing employee data.  Conduct audits to ensure all requisitions are accurate and none have slipped through the cracks.  Respond to managers' inquiries regarding requisitions and provide necessary support.  Draft, process, and push through offer letters efficiently.  Maintain excellent communication with all levels of the organization to ensure clarity and consistency in HR processes.
