You will work closely with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, providing essential support to ensure seamless HR processes and successful organizational change initiatives. You will be located at the Stemmann – Polska Plant in Kąty Wrocławskie, 25 km far from Wrocław. **How will you make a difference?** As a member of the HR team you will be responsible for supporting organisational change initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy. Your role will include, increasing employee engagement, leading recruitment processes for production staff and employer branding.
