What Success Looks Like:

Manage recruitment process and conduct onboarding training for new hires (in-person and online using Teams) Assist with employee training, develop initiatives including research, organizing and conducting training programs of various topics Maintain in-depth knowledge of multiple federal, state and local regulations Ability to travel up to 20% Possess initiative to improve processes and have a customer service-orientated mindset Back-up HR Coordinator as needed

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree or experience in lieu of education PHR/HRCI Certification preferred Experience working in a fast-paced, complex, multi-site business environment Strong skills using MS Office Ability to work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential information

 Salary:   

The salary range for this position is $54,549 to $81,824. The salary range will vary based on experience.  ​
