About the Job:

Track employee absences and ensure absence programs are properly administered.Coordinate components of various leave programs and collaborate cross functionally to improve programs.Support payroll by preparing leave data, reviewing past records, and making any necessary wage corrections.Field and answer relevant questions from employees and follow-up as needed.Complete additional relevant HR tasks as required.

About You:

5+ years of benefits administration and FMLA regulation experience are required.3+ years of management experience are required.An associates degree is required; A bachelor's degree is highly preferred.Proficiencies in MS Office, SharePoint, Oracle, and FLMA are required.Detail-oriented and organized with excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable exercising discretion with confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:
