What will I be doing?
As an HR Executive - People & Culture, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and supporting initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values and business goals, including the following key responsibilities:
Responsible for ranking and filing team member talent acquisitions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Participate in cooperation with schools, colleges, and universities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking events).
Coordinate and conduct candidate assessments and interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Partner with HR and business leaders to drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, including organizing events, recognition programs, and communication campaigns.
Support compliance with labor laws, company policies, and diversity and inclusion goals.
Maintain confidentiality at all times and strict practice of office lock-up and information security.
Assist in organizing team member activities and communication meetings.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
