HR/executive Administrative Assistant
Seeking an HR/Executive Administrative Assistant in the City of Ames!!

Job Description

The HR/Executive Administrative Assistant provides essential support to executives while handling tasks related to employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration. This role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and occasionally assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.

ResponsibilitiesProvide support to executives in various administrative tasks.Manage calendars and schedule meetings efficiently.Handle correspondence and prepare reports as needed.Assist with employee relations and benefits administration.Occasionally aid in recruitment and onboarding processes.Essential SkillsProficiency in calendar management and administrative support.Strong skills in human resources and executive support.Expertise in using Microsoft Office.Ability to handle customer service interactions effectively.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh level of professionalism is required.Previous HR experience is advantageous.Experience as an Executive Admin is a plus.No specific industry experience is necessary.Work Environment

This position operates within a family-owned company with about 60 employees, where company culture is highly valued, focusing on both task execution and attitude. The company is growing, having recently launched a new product for cattle. The work schedule is Monday through Friday during the first shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $31.25/hr.
