Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused HR Employee Experience Representative to join our team in Cramlington, United Kingdom. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, both on-site at our Cramlington manufacturing facility and virtually across Northern & Central Europe. As a key member of our Global Workforce Operations team, you will play a crucial role in creating positive experiences for our workforce and fostering a supportive work environment.
You will:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses through various channels, including our cloud-based case management systemAssess and analyse employee requests and concerns, determining appropriate resolutions or escalations in collaboration with HR team membersValidate and process changes in personal data, job information, reporting lines, and compensation in the HRM systemPrepare employment letters, contracts for new hires, and other employee documentation with meticulous attention to detailFacilitate the onboarding process for new hires and support hiring managers through our onboarding systemExecute HR systems data transactions efficiently and accuratelyRespond to questions on HR procedures, practices, and policies, guiding managers and employees as neededEducate employees on available services and encourage the use of self-service tools and systemsMaintain high-quality standards for all Global Workforce Operations activities, adhering to established service-level agreementsIdentify opportunities for improvement in processes and knowledge management, contributing to the continuous enhancement of HR servicesCollaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience across all touchpointsQualifications1-3 years of professional experience in human resources, preferably in an international (matrix) organisationPractical knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, and UK employment lawBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal HR systems and toolsExperience with HR systems transaction management and data entryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levelsStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to problem-solvingAbility to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of accuracyDemonstrated skills in process documentation and continuous improvementFlexibility and adaptability to cover various tasks and adapt to ongoing changes in the work environmentKeen attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of independent decision-makingEnthusiasm for delivering exceptional employee experiences and a passion for service excellenceKnowledge of GDPR and data protection principlesAdditional InformationPermanent - Full Time
