Job Description

We are looking for a HR employee experience representative in our site of Cramlington, UK!

In this very critical role, you will report into the Global Workforce Operations tier 1 Team Lead - Northern & Central Europe.

You will be located in our manufacturing site in Cramlington, near Newcastle where you will be providing onsite support to local employees as well as virtual support services to several other sites across countries within Northern & Central Europe. Our cloud-based case management solution (ServiceNow) will be used to provide these services.

The Employee Experience Representative, who is a part of the Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team, is responsible for establishing genuine, trustworthy relationships with employees. They are enthusiastic about creating a positive experience for the Avery Dennison workforce. The representative offers high-quality initial support services to all employees with a great deal of expertise, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. This involves assessing and analysing the employee's request or concern, quickly understanding the situation, determining the appropriate resolution and/or escalation in collaboration with HR team members, and communicating the resolution and escalation to the customer by established service levels.

Responsibilities:

 Assist in resolving employee inquiries for employees in the Northern/Central hub and become an expert in the process using ad.a and Service NowValidate changes such as personal data, job information, reporting line changes, compensation changes, etc. in the HRM systemPrepare employment letters, contracts for new hires and other employee documentationFacilitate the onboarding process for new hires and assist hiring managers through our onboarding systemExecute HR systems data transactionsRespond to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via ad.a, email, phone, chat, and case management systemAnswer HR policy-related questions, guide managers and employees, and escalate issues as appropriateEducate employees on services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systemsEnsure high-quality standards for all GWO activities, initiatives, and tasks within designated areas of responsibility, adhering to all service-level agreements established by the GWO organisationIdentify outdated knowledge articles and the need to create new onesMaintain a continuous improvement mindset and challenge current practices and processes to influence stakeholders
