As HR Director with a focus on Operations, Central Functions and Interior Lighting, you will be responsible for implementing the HR strategy within the Business Group Lighting, particularly in the area of strategic workforce planning, and actively contributing to the development of the long-term business strategy together with the management team.

In addition, you will be responsible for budget preparation and real-time performance monitoringYou will define annual HR goals and appropriate KPIs and oversee HR reporting activities within your area of responsibility in the Business Group LightingYou will also oversee and support compensation and benefits (C&B activities) in your area of responsibility to ensure compliance with business group and country-specific policies and processes (e.g., salary reviews, variable compensation)
