HR Director

Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with progressive human resources experience and a proven ability to lead high-impact HR strategies. As the HR Director for our BPO operations in Waco, Texas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture, scaling HR processes, and driving long-term organizational success. This is an onsite role requiring a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is comfortable partnering directly with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
- Lead the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, contributing to decisions that affect organizational growth and transformation
- Build a scalable and responsive HR presence across sites and operational teams
Employee Experience & Retention
- Create and manage employee engagement programs that reduce attrition and improve morale
- Drive initiatives across onboarding, career development, recognition, and employee communications
- Monitor employee sentiment through data and feedback and implement continuous improvements
Performance & Compliance
- Develop consistent and transparent performance management processes
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, corporate policies, and client contract requirements
- Handle complex employee relations and conduct internal investigations with discretion and compliance
HR Operations & Benefits
- Oversee and improve HR processes, systems, and policies, including payroll, and reporting
- Provide strategic direction for compensation and benefits administration to support employee retention and competitiveness
- Use HR data and analytics to inform executive decisions and workforce planning
Required Qualifications
- Progressive HR experience with a minimum of 5+ years in an HR leadership role
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR
- Demonstrated success in leading HR initiatives within a structured corporate environment
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience with benefits design, delivery, and administration
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a track record of aligning HR with business objectives
- Willingness to work onsite in Waco, TX full time
