Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and manage all aspects of human resources in a growing manufacturing company based in Easly, South Carolina. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape HR strategies, drive employee engagement, and implement programs that support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a hands-on approach to managing HR operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee training programs.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with company goals and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Manage compensation, benefits programs, and employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
• Create and execute initiatives that support employee development and organizational growth.
• Provide guidance on HR compliance, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and organizational needs.
• Establish programs to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Lead efforts to resolve employee-related issues, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent within the manufacturing sector.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures and benefits programs.
• Ability to develop HR strategies and drive organizational growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with employees and leadership.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
