Description We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee the human resources functions of our organization in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage employee relations initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment. • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and regulatory standards. • Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution. • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend improvements. • Manage benefit functions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee programs. • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies that enhance workforce planning and talent acquisition. • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee development and knowledge of HR policies. • Stay updated on industry best practices and integrate them into the HR department. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources leadership roles. • Proven expertise in employee relations, compensation, and benefits administration. • Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive strategic decisions. • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. • Proficiency in managing benefit functions, including health and retirement plans. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certification is a plus.
