Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Director to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This vital role involves managing and collaborating with a team of six HR professionals, including an HR Manager, Senior Generalist, Benefits Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and two new hires. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in cultivating a positive organizational culture while ensuring HR operations run seamlessly. Although previous experience with Paycom software and fluency in Spanish are not requirements, they are significant pluses. The position offers a competitive benefits package, including 13 PTO days plus standard holidays in the first year, increasing to 18 days in the second year. Additionally, employees benefit from a 401(k) plan with a 2.5% company match, access to a 24/7 on-site gym, and complimentary lunch twice a week. This role’s hours are 8 AM to 5 PM but may allow for occasional schedule flexibility as needed. There is no vaccination requirement for this position.
