HR Director
Location: Hybrid in Boston (Onsite 4 days/week)

A growing technology start-up is looking to hire their first HR Director who will be both a strategic & hands-on leader. This role will be responsible for strategic planning, fostering organizational culture, rewards & recognition, building out a performance management process, recruitment strategy, total rewards, and more.


Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycleOversee the onboarding and offboarding process for employeesDevelop and implement a performance review processOwn employee rewards & recognition programsMaintain HRIS database and support the HR side of the payroll processAnalyze benefit offerings for marketplace competitionPlan employee engagement events

Experience & Skills:
