**Job summary**
We are seeking an HR Director for our Corporate HR team with a strong background in Workday Talent Management and Human Resources Management With a minimum of 13 years and a maximum of 16 years of experience the ideal candidate will bring leadership skills and a strategic vision to enhance our HR functions ensuring alignment with our corporate goals and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
**Responsibilities**
Lead the Talent Management Role in the country HR processes and improve employee experience
Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with the companys goals and values
Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and excellence within the HR department
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address organizational development needs
Oversee the design and delivery of comprehensive HR programs including talent acquisition development retention and succession planning
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources and labor relations
Utilize data and analytics from Workday to inform decisionmaking and improve HR strategies
Champion diversity equity and inclusion initiatives creating an environment where all employees feel valued and can thrive
Provide mentorship and guidance to the HR team promoting professional growth and development
Manage crossfunctional projects that improve organizational performance and employee satisfaction
Evaluate and enhance compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and technology
Proven experience in leading HR functions and implementing Talent Management solutions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving. Deep understanding of human resources management principles and best practices. Ability to drive change and innovation within a corporate HR setting. Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful HR initiatives. Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance requirements in Mexico. Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
**Certifications Required**
Proven experience in leading HR functions and implementing Talent Management solutions. 13 to 16 years full time bachelor degree
