Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Human Resources to lead our Las Vegas-based client's efforts in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This key leadership role will shape a strong people strategy, support a high-performing culture, and ensure talent practices align with business goals.
Responsibilities of the role include:
+ Design and execute talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
+ Oversee full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles.
+ Partner with leadership to develop initiatives that promote internal mobility, learning, and employee satisfaction.
+ Develop competitive, equitable comp strategies
+ Oversee performance management and employee development frameworks
+ Enhance systems for onboarding, training, and succession planning
+ Streamline HR technology to support the full employee lifecycle
+ Advise leadership on talent trends and risks
+ Foster a culture of accountability, equity, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA or HR certification a plus)
+ 10+ years of progressive experience in HR leadership, talent strategy, or related areas
+ Track record of successfully hiring senior-level talent and aligning people strategy with business objectives
+ Skilled in designing and leading programs focused on employee growth, development, and engagement
+ Strong background in building and executing long-term HR initiatives
+ In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, performance frameworks, and HR technology
+ Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
