HR Direct Team Manager with German

**Tasks & responsibilities**
• As HR Direct Team Manager with German, you are responsible to ensure end-to-end service delivery in the area of HR Direct following internal and external compliance regulations.
• You are also responsible for monitoring and reporting of the KPIs, performance and quality management of team’s work.
• You are managing a team of people on different experience levels with different tasks, according to the company values as well as our Leadership principles with focus on customer experience excellence, business process excellence and people development.
• You cooperate regularly with internal and external stakeholders, manage escalations using your strong communication skills social and technical competencies.
• You promote continuous improvement culture in the team and ensure a regular review of the process.
• You ensure maintenance of the internal knowledge base and process documentation.
• You will work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality.
**About our future employee**
You have excellent speaking and writing German language skills (min. C1) & speak English (min. B2). You have over 4 years of professional experience in leading a team in Hire-to-Retire Services or related.
**Additionally, we are looking for:**
• Master's degree preferably in HR field or related areas.
• Distinct empathy, accountability, intrapreneurship, team spirit and a customer-centric approach.
• Positive approach with ability to act as a role model in our speak-up culture and to come up with ideas for process optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Resilience and proven ability to independently capture complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g., in the HR 3-pilar-model) in times of transformation and change.
• Preferably experience in building teams and transitions.
• Preferably working experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ServiceNow and OpenText.
