**Position Summary:**
Ensures flawless Data management, knowledge sharing and applying judgement to provide expert level advice on all HR Data topics and standards.
Be the End to End HR Systems and process expert. Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives delivering local enhancements and change requests, whilst ensuring the effective and efficient operation of all aspects of the HR function aligned to business needs.
Provide standard and bespoke reporting and analytical insights to the HR community and leadership team.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE …**
1. **Data Management:**
+ Ensure data consistency at market level. Directly ensures first time right data quality by understanding business strucure and accurately reviewing and completing required fields in Success Factor or mass upload templates.
+ Project manage data collection via the HR Business Partners to mass correct data or in case of major organizational or other transformations with high data impact.
+ Keep abreast of all new data standards and data best practices through active participation in the HR data specialist network.
+ Review data quality dashboards with HR Leadership regularly and prioritize areas of ongoing data quality attention with HR Business Partners and other members of the HR team.
+ Train HR data contributors in the Market to ensure they have a proper understanding of data quality requirements and of the consequences of poor data quality.
+ For Market specific data, train the CoS teams processing the data to ensure 1st time right quality.
+ Identify improvement opportunities on the data governance and liaise with CoS on how to implement them
+ Ensure that data flows smoothly from data capture systems to all dependent systems (SAP CA5 and , other non HR SAP modules, and any other connected global or local systems).
+ Create, update and deactivate positions and attributes in the off-cycle position management process
1. **Project Management and Delivery:**
+ Work together with CoCs, HRBPs, CoS and Line Managers to improve the consistency and efficiency of the HR activities
+ Work with HR Services Manager to identify opportunities where projects should be implemented and contribute to the results of the overall HR function.
+ Contribute to the Continuous Improvement of the E2E service and related HR projects
+ Supporting and Project Managing where required, the Implementation of any new HR system initiatives or projects
+ Act as the change champion across the HR Function.
1. **System Change Requests and Testing**
+ Keep abreast of Global and other Market Change requests and ideintifying opportunitiesthat serve the interest of the market Local requirements
+ Work with Local, Regional and Global ITHR on Logging and testing lcoal change requests (SF, SAP, K2 webforms) on behalf of the HR Function
+ Accountable and responsible for Test coordination and execution for HR related projects such as Success Factors release testing
1. **Reporting and Analytics**
+ Running, drawing insights, and presenting Monthly and Quarterly HR KPI to HR Leadership team to gain actions and outcomes
+ Active Participation in HR People Analytics MOR, raising Market requests in the forum to COC
+ Responsible for running and providing reports and driving action for data quality and integrity
+ Working with HR colleagues to understand bespoke reporting requirements in support of restructures, HRBP Projects and other reports on an as need basis.
**ARE YOU A FIT?**
+ 2-3 years of experience in HR
+ High Intermediate English skills: writing, reading, speaking
+ Data analytics and data management experience
+ Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel
+ Strong project management skills.
